Service Policy
1. Triwalk Tours may charge additional service fees for certain transactions based on the policy of company. These fees will be clearly disclosed during the booking process. User agrees to pay all applicable fees associated with User’s use of our Services.
2. If the user wishes to avail any additional services, they will inform Triwalk Tours. Triwalk Tours will then contact local vendors to arrange the services at cheap and feasible rates. Additional facilities will be provided only based on availability. Triwalk Tours does not guarantee any additional facilities.
3. Payment for additional facilities will be made to Triwalk Tours, and Triwalk Tours will pay the service provider directly as per the terms and conditions mutually agreed between them.
4. Triwalk Tours may update or modify this Service Policy from time to time. Triwalk Tours will notify User of any significant changes by posting the new policy on Triwalk Tours’ platform. User’s continued use of Triwalk Tours’ Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triwalk Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from User’s use of Triwalk Tours’ Services.
6. User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when booking travel services through Triwalk Tours’ platform. Triwalk Tours is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by you.
